Changes to published figures
When the basis of a published figure changes, it is recorded here with its date and its direction.
Slots without a current observation no longer count
Since 23 Aug 2026 demand and occupancy figures rest only on slots that carry a current observation. Before that date slots we had not seen for more than 24 hours counted too, and they counted as bookable. The rates were therefore understated and have read higher since that date. Figures you saw or exported before it rest on the earlier basis; we do not restate them retroactively.
The observation window is measured per court
Since 23 Aug 2026 we measure how far our observation of each court reached individually, instead of measuring it once for the whole club. Slots on a court we only observed up to an earlier date no longer count as booked. They did before, whenever another court at the same club reached further. Reported bookings and revenue for individual clubs read slightly lower from that date. Figures you saw or exported before it rest on the earlier basis; we do not restate them retroactively.
Realized prices per court-hour read too low
Since 23 Aug 2026 we compute the realized price per court-hour from the price of the booked product and the time that price covers. Before that date the price of one product was divided by the whole connected booking time, so a multi-hour block pulled the price down. Realized prices and revenue per court-hour have read roughly twice as high since that date. The correction does not only work forward: the booking history was recomputed on the new basis, back to 2026-07-22. Figures from before that date that you saw or exported rest on the earlier basis.
